Steven began his career at CBRE in 2012; however, Mr. Julius has been in the real estate industry and retail investment sales since 2001. His expertise lies in representing sellers and buyers in neighborhood retail center transactions across the metropolitan Phoenix area. Steven helps clients in valuation, packaging, marketing, negotiation and escrow management; providing superior service along the way. He has unparalleled market knowledge in all aspects of shopping centers and neighborhood strip malls and thoroughly tracks the trends. His client base primarily consists of the private client market with shopping centers both large and small. Steven also has significant experience in single-tenant ‘triple-net’ retail properties. In 2001, Steven joined Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix sales office where he specialized in the sale of multi-tenant retail leased investments. Steven began his tenure working in the Sales Intern Program, gaining experience in research, marketing and escrow management working on several transactions with his senior mentor. In 2007, Steven was promoted to Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap. In March of 2008, Steven decided to expand his real estate expertise and collaborate with Jesse Goldsmith. Together, the two formed a partnership dedicated to a more efficient system providing clients with the best real estate investment advisory services available. In May 2010, Steven and Jesse Goldsmith transitioned their real estate expertise to Grubb & Ellis Company and was subsequently promoted to Associate Vice President. In 2011, Steve and Jesse were named #1 Brokers in Grubb & Ellis Company. Since becoming an investment Associate in 2004, Steven has successfully closed over 75 investment sale transactions, exceeding a total purchase volume of over $150,000,000.
