Chad Tiedeman is a third generation Arizona native with over 12 years of experience focused exclusively on retail investment sales. Chad graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Economics. He joined Phoenix Commercial Advisors in January 2005 specializing in retail investment sales including power centers, neighborhood shopping centers, net lease property sales, single-tenant sale-leaseback strategies. Through his valuable reputation, superior service, and strong client relationships, Chad has established himself as a valuable resource and an overall market leader. In 2014-2015, Chad sold over 50 retail investment properties: single-tenant, multi-tenant, anchored and power centers. His most recent listing assignments have been with some of the largest owners in Arizona such as: Evergreen, De Rito, VEREIT, Vintage Partners and SimonCre.
