With over 13 years of working in the brokerage and management of retail properties, Bret is adept at working equally well with owners and investors. Formerly a Congressional Aide, Bret combines his experience in government and political process with a deep knowledge of commercial real estate. He is skilled in marketing, management, development, investment analysis, and consulting. He is known for his hands-on approach in a transaction and often walks his clients through the process of purchasing, developing and leasing investment properties. He is originally from the Seattle area and is familiar with the northwest market as well as the Arizona market. His studies include the University of Salamanca in Spain and graduating from Seattle Pacific University. He holds a Realtor’s GREEN Designation which solidifies his commitment to economical solutions for his clients in achieving their environmental goals. He is a licensed broker in both Arizona and Washington State. Bret remains active in political and civic affairs. married his first-grade sweetheart and together they live in Scottsdale with their four children.
